Amazon repricer

Amazon repricing that answers to settled profit

Autopilot, Zeroth's rules-based repricing mode, reprices every listing on every plan with no listing limit. Zeno's learned pricing runs on top of it for the listings you choose. Every price stays inside the limits you set, is confirmed with Amazon, and is measured on what it actually earned once the money settled.

What it watches

The full picture behind each listing's price

A price is only as good as the numbers behind it. Before Zeroth moves a listing, it collects the market around that offer and the economics of selling at each possible price.

  • Your offer and the competition

Your current price, the competing offers on the listing, and who holds the Buy Box, captured regularly so decisions start from a current view of the listing.

  • Fees at the price it is considering

Amazon's referral and fulfillment fees can change with price, so fees are estimated for each candidate price instead of reusing today's number.

  • Your landed cost

Supplier cost plus inbound shipping and prep, so the margin it protects is the margin you actually earn.

  • Buy Box ownership you can trust

Buy Box share is measured from confirmed ownership over the last day and a longer average, with gaps in the history shown rather than filled in.

How a price is chosen

Every candidate price is checked against your limits first

Zeroth never starts from the competitor's price and works backward. It starts from the prices you allow and asks which of them is expected to earn the most.

Zeroth reprices in two modes. Autopilot, the rules-based mode, reprices every listing on every plan, with no listing limit. Zeno Repricer slots add learned pricing to the listings you choose, and even there it takes over listing by listing only where the evidence supports it. It steps back to Autopilot, or to a previously validated model, if its results deteriorate.

  1. List the allowed pricesOnly prices inside your minimum, maximum, and margin limits are considered.
  2. Estimate what each one earnsFees at that price, landed cost, expected demand, and expected returns.
  3. Pick the best expected profitNot the lowest price, and not the Buy Box at any cost.
  4. Confirm Amazon accepted itThe new price is checked against Amazon and retried safely if it did not take.
  5. Measure the resultOnce Amazon settles the order, the price is scored on what it earned after fees, refunds, and returns.

What you control

Your limits bound every decision

Guardrails are not suggestions the model can trade away. They bound every price Zeroth submits, including any experiment it runs to learn.

  • Floor and ceiling prices

Set a minimum and maximum price for each listing, or import them in bulk.

  • ROI bounds

Set a minimum and maximum return on cost per listing, alongside your price limits.

  • Margin protection

Add an optional profit-margin floor on top of your price and ROI bounds, from a profile or as a custom percentage per listing. Zeroth shows the estimated floor it produces.

  • Profiles and per-listing switches

Assign listings to repricer profiles, and turn repricing on or off for any listing.

Experiments

Price experiments only with your permission

A repricer learns faster when it can occasionally try a nearby price. Zeroth asks first. Where experiments are available, you choose whether it may run them, and they always stay within your existing limits.

Repricing and data collection keep running while that choice is pending, and you can keep experiments off entirely.

Transparency

Every decision on the record

Ask any repricer what it did last week and why. Zeroth keeps a decision record for each listing: the last decision, whether Autopilot or Zeno's learned pricing made it, and whether Amazon verified the change.

The SKU view puts repricing events next to your price history, the lowest recorded price, Buy Box share, conversion, and inventory, so you can see what each change did.

Switching

Bring your current repricer settings with you

Export a CSV from the repricer you use today and import it into Zeroth. A full migration brings over repricing on and off, minimum and maximum prices, profile assignments, Amazon Business discounts, and your reference ROI and markup columns. Focused imports handle just floors and ceilings, strategy assignments, or product costs.

Every import shows a preview first, including any rows it will skip and why, before anything changes.

Questions

Common questions

Does Zeroth chase the Buy Box?
No. It looks for the price expected to earn the most inside your limits. Matching the Buy Box price is never counted as winning it; Buy Box share comes from confirmed ownership.
Can it price below my minimum?
No. Your minimum and maximum prices and any margin protection bound every price it submits, including experiments.
What happens with a brand-new listing?
Autopilot prices it until there is enough evidence for that listing. Learned pricing takes over only where the evidence supports it.
Is repricing limited by my plan?
No. Autopilot, the rules-based mode, reprices every listing on every plan with no listing limit. Your plan only sets how many listings can hold a Zeno Repricer slot for learned pricing at once, and you choose which ones.
How do I know a price change actually happened?
Zeroth confirms each price with Amazon and retries safely if it did not take. The decision record shows whether Amazon verified the change.
Can I import my settings from another repricer?
Yes. Import a CSV, review the preview, and commit only the rows that look right.
