Overview

Zeroth is based in the United States and provides an operations workspace for Amazon sellers, including catalog and listing management, inventory, order metrics, FBA inbound shipment workflows, Data Kiosk economics, finance and profit analytics, repricing, buyer communication, review solicitation, product research, carrier and shipping workflows, and an AI assistant. This Privacy Policy explains how Zeroth collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes information, including Amazon seller data authorized through Amazon OAuth.

This policy applies to individuals who use Zeroth, including those using it on behalf of businesses in the United States and Canada.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account information, contact information, support messages, and product settings. When you authorize Zeroth through Amazon OAuth (Selling Partner API authorization), we collect seller-authorized Amazon data needed to provide the product, including seller account identifiers, marketplace identifiers, listing and SKU data, inventory data, order metrics, Data Kiosk economics, sales and traffic analytics, fulfillment and inbound shipment data, settlement data, fee data, refund data, ledger data, cost data, sync status, and operational logs.

When buyer communication and review-solicitation workflows are enabled, Zeroth uses Amazon order IDs, Amazon messaging actions, seller-authored message text and templates, and review-solicitation actions. Current workflows do not retrieve buyer email, phone number, shipping address, or buyer message inbox contents.

When product research is used, Zeroth submits product identifiers (UPC, EAN, ISBN, or ASIN) to product research data providers and receives product metadata such as title, brand, category, images, Buy Box and price history, sales rank, reviews, seller counts, fees, dimensions, weight, and offer signals.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and operate Zeroth; connect your Amazon seller account through OAuth; sync inventory, listing, order metric, fulfillment, and financial data; show dashboards, restock plans, shipment workflows, repricing, buyer communication, and profit analytics; maintain security, audit, troubleshooting, and support records; respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and improve reliability and product functionality. We do not sell Amazon seller data. We do not use Amazon seller data for unrelated advertising.

AI Features

When a seller uses Zeroth AI features, Zeroth may send seller-selected operational context and the user's prompt to third-party AI service providers to generate chat and insight responses. This is used only to provide the requested AI functionality. AI outputs are operational assistance and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Storage and Protection

Zeroth uses safeguards that include encryption of stored Amazon refresh tokens, encrypted connections to our production customer-facing website, and measures to limit sensitive information in application logs. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and services that need access to operate the product.

Where We Store and Process Information

Zeroth's application infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Personal information, including information from Canadian users, may be stored and processed in the United States.

Service providers process information for the purposes described under Sharing below. Information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, national security agencies, or other authorities under the laws of the country where it is processed.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent seller data. Amazon Information and related app data are processed by service providers in the following categories as needed to provide the product:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers store and process account information, seller-authorized Amazon data, and related application data to operate Zeroth.
  • Authentication providers process account and session information to support sign-in and account access. They do not store SP-API tokens or Amazon seller data received through the Selling Partner API.
  • Website hosting and delivery providers serve the public marketing, privacy, and terms pages. These providers do not receive Amazon seller data from the app for this purpose.
  • AI service providers receive seller-selected operational context and user prompts when AI assistant or insight features are used, solely to generate the requested AI response.
  • Product research data providers receive product identifiers (UPC, EAN, ISBN, ASIN) when product research is used, and return product metadata to Zeroth.
  • Carriers and shipping service providers receive shipment details needed for quotes, tracking, labels and documents, and booking when the seller enables those shipping workflows.

Infrastructure and service providers are not permitted to use seller data for their own unrelated purposes. Zeroth remains responsible for protecting personal information under its control when service providers process it on Zeroth's behalf, regardless of where that processing takes place.

You can request information about the specific service providers that process your information, the information shared with them, and the purposes of that processing by emailing [email protected].

Retention

We retain Amazon seller data only as needed to provide Zeroth, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support operational analytics. Retention of SP-API-derived data is capped at 548 days unless a shorter deletion requirement applies.

Deletion and Revocation

You can disconnect your Amazon account in Zeroth. Disconnecting removes Zeroth's local store access and token records. To revoke Zeroth's Amazon authorization, sign in to Seller Central, go to Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps, find Zeroth, and choose Disable authorization. You can request deletion of your account or data by contacting [email protected]. We will process deletion requests subject to legal, security, and legitimate operational retention requirements. These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
