Service

Zeroth is based in the United States and provides software for Amazon seller operations, inventory visibility, FBA shipment workflows, and profit analytics.

Amazon Authorization

You may connect Zeroth to your Amazon selling account through Amazon OAuth (Selling Partner API authorization). You authorize Zeroth to access the Amazon seller data needed to provide the product features you use. You can disconnect Zeroth in the app and revoke authorization in Seller Central > Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps.

Third-Party Services

Zeroth connects to Amazon and uses service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, website delivery, AI processing, product research, and shipping to provide the features you use. The information shared, purposes of processing, and how to request details about specific providers are described in the Privacy Policy.

AI Features

AI outputs are operational assistance and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. The seller remains responsible for decisions made using the service.

Zeno chat and fair use

Zeno chat is included with Zeroth platform plans and has no fixed message quota. Use is subject to the Acceptable Use section of these terms, including the prohibition on misuse or interference with service operation. Zeroth records account-level AI usage, including the model and provider, token counts when available, duration, outcome, and estimated model cost, to operate and monitor this service. This usage logging does not retain additional prompt content.

This addition does not create a new quota, overage charge, or right to change a customer's subscription price automatically.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zeroth lawfully and only for accounts and data you are authorized to access. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use Zeroth to violate Amazon policies or applicable law.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Zeroth account credentials and for activity under your account.

Data

Zeroth handles your data according to the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. Zeroth uses your data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

No Amazon Endorsement

Zeroth is an independent software provider. Zeroth is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Amazon unless expressly stated in an authorized written agreement.
