Questions about your business, answered in plain English

Ask the way you would ask a colleague: which SKUs are about to run out, what changed in last month's profit, which shipments are still receiving. Zeno looks up the answer in the same data you see in Zeroth and shows where it came from and when that data was last updated.

Looking things up never changes anything. Zeno's lookups don't reprice listings, start syncs, or touch shipment bookings.

How restock recommendations are built →

  1. Draft purchase ordersTurn restock recommendations into draft POs, with options to fill an order to a supplier's minimum, to free freight, or to a target PO value. If the underlying data changes, the preview refreshes before you create the draft.
  2. Map products to suppliersZeno proposes which supplier each product comes from, for you to accept or correct.
  3. Fill in missing costsFor products without a cost, Zeno suggests one. Apply it, edit it, or skip the product for now.

Zeno works within the permissions of the person asking. A teammate who can't open purchase orders in Zeroth can't get them from Zeno either.

Will Zeno change anything without asking?
No. Zeno prepares changes such as draft purchase orders, supplier mappings, and product costs, and you approve them.
Is Zeno included in my plan?
Yes. Zeno chat and purchase-order drafting are included in every Zeroth plan under fair use, with no fixed message quota.
Can my team use Zeno?
Yes. Each teammate gets answers limited to what their role can see in Zeroth.
How does Zeno use my data?
Zeno is an AI feature. When you use it, Zeroth may send your prompt and seller-selected operational context to third-party AI service providers, only to generate the response you asked for. Zeroth doesn't sell seller data or use it for unrelated advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.
